Nancie Z. Arsham, OTR/L
Emeritus

In 1987 Nancie established Therapy Specialists, Inc in Beachwood where it has remained for 30 years. Nancie Arsham has over 40 years of experience, has published and lectured throughout the US and Canada and has a reputation as an expert in upper extremity rehabilitation. Recently, Nancie has relocated to Maryland, where she continues to treat patients and loves being a grandma, playing tennis, biking, horseback riding, and taking care of her two Maine Coon cats.


 Inna Keselman, DPT, OCS, OTR/L

As of September 1, 2017, Inna Keselman DPT OCS OTR/L, took ownership of Therapy Specialists, Inc.  Inna has a Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy and both Master's and Doctorate degrees in physical therapy. She is also American Physical Therapy Association Board Certified in Orthopedics. Inna, who has successfully served as the clinical director for two years, joined Therapy Specialists, Inc. 20 years ago and has since helped create and develop the practice.  Inna is a dynamic and innovative therapist with special skills treating orthopedic and sports related injuries. She is busy with her husband caring for their four children while still maintaining her commitment to personal physical fitness. Inna has lived in Russia and Israel and is fluent in Russian and Hebrew.


 Martin Block, LMT

Martin Block has more than 30 years experience as a massotherapist and has developed an expertise in myofascial release for specific musculoskeletal injuries. He has additional skills in a variety of manual techniques such as Reiki, Reflexology, Craniofascial Release, and Thai massage. Martin loves to sail, ride his motorcycle and play the bass around the Cleveland jazz scene.


 Talia Sosnovitch, DPT

Talia graduated from the Doctorate of Physical Therapy program at Hunter College in New York City. She received her undergraduate degree from York University in Toronto, Canada, majoring in Kinesiology and Exercise Sciences. After graduating, she moved to Cleveland with her husband. Her training experience includes an internship at top-rated New York Presbyterian Hospital, and another at a manual therapy clinic, under the tutelage of a Maitland instructor. Talia’s passion lies in helping people achieve overall wellness through an effective exercise regimen and proper postural alignment. Talia enjoys spending time with her husband and their three beautiful children. Talia is certified in dry needling and had completed Barral Neural Mobilization coursework. 


 Victoria Kogan, Office Manager

Victoria joined the staff at Therapy Specialists inc as an office administrator in May 2012. Victoria brings a vast experience of providing superior customer service, business management, and marketing to our practice. Victoria holds a  Master’s degree in Language Arts from the Vilnius  State University. Victoria is fluent in Russian, Lithuanian and English languages. Victoria is an avid reader and enjoys spending time with her family/friends and her dog Tosha.




Alyson Joyce, BA, PTA

Alyson graduated from Point Park University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology degree in 2016. There she played collegiate soccer on an athletic scholarship for the university. Upon returning home to Medina, she attended Lorain County Community College and received an Associate’s degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant in May of 2020. Fitness and exercise have been a significant part of Alyson’s life ever since she can remember and at this time, she loves to call it her career. In addition to working as a PTA, Alyson also coaches soccer at the high school level and plays on a soccer league in Medina. She has developed a passion for running and biking and loves to spend time traveling to National Parks to hike and explore.
