Preventing Injury While Working From Home - Ergonomic Workstation Using an External Monitor

As more people are working from home during the COVID-19 crisis, it is imperative to ensure a proper ergonomic desk set up in order to prevent long term pain and injuries. With my husband and our four children working and studying from home, we have had to setup five different workstations to fit each one of them properly. As with any repetitive activity, it is important to take frequent breaks every 30minutes to stretch and move.
